Sangeeth Ibrahim is an electronic engineer with an MBA in Marketing and HRM. He holds an ICCKE certification in Project Management. He holds proffessional certifications in the 4 big domains of Human Development namely, NLP, MBTI, Coaching and Transactional Analysis 101.
He started his career in 1999 in the Solution Selling industry in India and moved on to software project management and business development. After working in leading software houses like Microsoft and eDocuMAN FZ LLC, Ibrahim made a career shift from sales and Marketing to HRM in 2006. He is currently marking time as the Assistant Vice President and Head of Training in Sharjah Islamic Bank. His objective is to make associates more effective by motivating them to dream bigger, strive harder and achieve more. Ibrahim has conducted several multi day workshops in various countries of the world including UK, Germany, Switzerland, Poland, Sudan and all the GCC Countries.
Professional duties aside, Ibrahim pursues the fulfillment of his self actualization needs by working for the society. He has conducted various personality development workshops for children, parents, mothers and youth in his capacity as the HR director of the International wing of the Centre for Information and Guidance India.
Ibrahim also contributes to various forums and organizations including the Dubai Quality Group where he is currently contributing as a Team Leader. He also conducts softskill trainings for bankers at the Emirates Institute for banking and financial studies.
